  • Delivery Arrangement:
  • 1. All items would be delivered within 11-14 days from date of purchase. We would contact the customer 1 working day before the delivery.
  • 2. Customers who fail to receive the goods at the appointed time may need to bear extra delivery cost.
  • 3. As this item is classified as large furniture, merchant will charge for additional delivery fee for remote areas and outlying areas.
  • 4. Free delivery is valid for HK Island, Kowloon and the N.T. For outlying islands and remote areas like Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, $250 extra delivery fee will be surcharged.
  • 5. Delivery Day: Kowloon, the N.T. (Mon, Wed and Fri); HK Island (Tue, Thu and Sat).
  • 6. If the distance from the delivery address is over 50 meters, a minimum of HK$100 surcharge will be collected.
  • 7. For buildings without lift or for product that can only access through staircases, there will be additional delivery fee of $60/floor; $80/floor over three floors.
  • 8. No delivery services will be provided on Sundays and public holidays. When rainstorm warnings or Typhoon Signal No.8 are issued, delivery service will be cancelled. We would contact customers for rescheduling of delivery.

  • 10. Please make sure there is enough space (2-3 inches) for installation.
